300 NORTH LASALLE’S TENANT HEADSHOT REFRESH EVENT!
300 North LaSalle is excited to offer building tenants the chance to refresh and update their professional headshots with a complimentary photography session with Nicole Thomas Photography. This on-site event will take place on Tuesday, May 5th, 2026 in the Venue Conference Center, Suite 2425.
Whether for business or personal use, it is important to keep your headshot current. We specialize in delivering professional digital portraits for corporate websites, business networking services, social networking, resumes, and anywhere else you might have an online presence.
Your complimentary session includes one high-resolution digital image complete with professional retouching. You will be able to choose your image immediately following the session to ensure that you get the perfect shot.
HOW LONG WILL MY SESSION TAKE?
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled headshot time and allow for approximately fifteen minutes of availability for your selected photography session. This will allow you enough time to be photographed and to select your favorite headshot. Please note that the headshot sessions are scheduled back-to-back. If you arrive late, you may have to wait until another available time slot opens up, as there is no way to make up for lost time.
HOW IS MY IMAGE RETOUCHED?
Your complimentary headshot will include basic professional retouching. This includes teeth whitening, minor blemish removal, and slightly toning down fly-aways. If you would like your headshot to include more detailed retouching —such as softening wrinkles, removing glare from your glasses, smoothing out your clothes, and making significant color corrections— you may purchase upgraded professional retouching for just $30.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY RETOUCHED IMAGE?
The retouching process takes approximately 4-5 weeks. Once your image has been retouched, we will send you an email with a download link, which will allow you to download your professional headshot in both high-resolution and web-resolution. Because some companies tend to have firewalls in place that make downloading images difficult, we will be sending this link to your personal email address.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?
This event is extremely popular and fills up quickly! If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so promptly so that others may book their session. If you need to reschedule for a different date or time, please contact us to be added to the waitlist.
