UPDATE YOUR PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOT!
320 South Canal has a special opportunity for tenants: a complimentary professional headshot photography session in honor of the New Year on Wednesday, January 14th and Thursday, January 15th, 2026. Make a great first impression by looking your best with a new headshot! These sessions will take place on-site at 320 South Canal in the Union South Conference Room, which can be reached by taking the parking garage elevator to the 2nd floor.
Choose your image immediately following the session to ensure you get the perfect shot!
Whether for business or personal use, it is important to keep your headshot current. We specialize in delivering professional digital portraits for corporate websites, business networking services, social networking, resumes and anywhere else you might have an online presence.
Your complimentary session includes one high-resolution digital image complete with professional retouching.
HOW LONG WILL MY SESSION TAKE?
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled headshot time. Allow for approximately twenty minutes of availability for your selected photography session. This will allow you time to get photographed and to select your favorite headshot. Please note that headshot sessions are scheduled back-to-back. If you arrive late, you may have to wait until another available time slot opens up, as there is no way to make up for lost time.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY RETOUCHED IMAGE?
The retouching time is approximately 4-5 weeks. Once your image has been retouched, we will send an email to you with a download link containing your digital image. We will send your professional headshot in both high-resolution and web-resolution.
HOW IS MY IMAGE RETOUCHED?
Your complimentary headshot will include basic professional retouching. This includes teeth whitening, minor blemish removal, and slightly toning down fly-aways. If you would like for your headshot to include more detailed retouching —such as softening wrinkles, removing glare from your glasses, smoothing out your clothes, and making significant color corrections— you may purchase upgraded professional retouching for just $25.00.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?
This event is extremely popular and fills up quickly! If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so promptly to allow others to book their session time. If you need to reschedule for a different date or time, please contact us to be added to the waitlist.
